Title: I need two round pieces of walnut

You guys and gals are so helpful, but this question may be a bit above and beyond. However -- nothing ventured, nothing gained.  So here goes.

I need two round pieces of walnut -- each 4 inches in diameter about 5/8th to 3/4 of an inch thick.  Slight bevel on outer edge.  I will use these as mounts for the two fans I am hanging under the front TV cabinet.

I've looked on line without success.  Anybody know someone who would make these for me?

If no one else can help in the meantime....

Steve happens to be a woodworker...  with some walnut...  and a wood shop....

It just wouldn't be able to happen until sometime after September 1st since we won't be home until then.

Call Dave Flannigan at Foretravel. he can make anything you need.
He has made several custom things for me.

That would be really great.  After September 1 would be fine.  If I don't come across a ready source in the interim we can talk about it when you get back home.

Now, I have to ask.  Is there anything Steve cannot do ;D?

George you might try a cabinet shop, I went to a local cabinet shop and got some walnut for modifying my tv's it was 3/4", if you don't get it at FT.

George,
I bought 100 board ft of walnut that is 2" wide.  I can glue two pieces together and make you a 4" piece.  I needed the walnut to make a leaf for my dining room table after I removed my booth and I just used my new biscuit router to make a 12" leaf for my table.  Just send me a PM or meet me in Albuquerque in October at the balloon festival.

Don't know if this helps or not, but found the perfect match for the walnut on our coach is Minwax "Antique Walnut" PolyShades (stain & Polyurethane in 1 step).

George,
I'm trying to add a picture of your two pieces of walnut before I send them.  My first try at adding a picture, so here goes.
  The rectangular piece is from my coach when I did a little remodel on the small table behind the passenger seat.  I think the match is very close, will mail them to you tomorrow.

Don't sweat the photo.  Where they will be attached they will barely be visible.
