While we are in Minneapolis, our 1999 U320 is the the SF Bay Area. The electric Aqua-Hot has been heating but it turns out to be a bit expensive.
My son tried to start the Aqua-Hot on diesel but it would not start. It had an annual service recently and worked fine. There's plenty of diesel in the tank.
Any suggestions?

Recommend you add some more description of the problem and post this here and on the Aquahot forum (Roger Berke moderator) on Yahoo. Roger is a Foretravel owner and does monitor this group and will probably chime in.
Assume you have the same model as my '99 which is the 920-431. You should have a troubleshooting manual with the coach that will help you diagnose the issue. Without more info, anything is a guess.
First thing I would check is the blower motor fuse. Furthest to the right on the fuse block if I remember correctly.
Paul,
Is he trying to start the diesel AquaHot with the electric turned on? If so, it is possible that the water temperature is above the diesel turn-on temperature and the AquaHot will not fire until the water cools below that temperature.

It started. Apparently for the reason you give below.
Thanks!

Paul,
Isn't it nice when every now and then there is a simple solution?

Good point. But they're few and far between ;o)
But nevertheless, Welcome!

On your Aqua-Hot the electric side has a 198 degree thermostat. The diesel side has 190 degree thermostat. If it is at operating temperature using the electric element, the diesel burner will not fire until temperature drops to around 190 degrees in the boiler tank.
