Title: Good Campground in Outer Banks, NC
Post by: Jdemf on February 19, 2011, 02:44:58 pm
Does anyone have a recommendation for a campground at the Outer Banks, NC, for my wife and I to take our Foretravel?  We like activity and nature.

If you haven't tried this website, it is a good place to start: RV Park Reviews :: North Carolina (http://www.rvparkreviews.com/regions/North_Carolina/)

Camp Hatteras has the most to offer but it is the most expensive.  Ocean Waves is very nice but half the price. No Hot tub though.  THen there is ocean Sands, It is not on the beach but right at the bottom by the ferry and if you tow a jeep you can air down and drive out to the beach with no problem.
