Title: Cockpit cup holders
Post by: PatC on February 22, 2011, 04:50:12 pm
Don't have any cup holders in the cockpit area of the coach.  What has anyone else done?  Saw a very nice Teak wood folding one that I could attach on the pull out drawer.  What has anyone else done?  When traveling I need my coffee in the morning - the whole pot >:D!!  Use a Nissan stainless travel mug.  The skinny at the bottom kind.

I bought plastic dual cup holder at Autozone and screwed it to wall next to driver chair, works fine, cost about 5 bucks.

On my '99, there is a space right behind the rocker switch panel by the driver's left leg. I made a two compartment cup & eyeglass/CD holder that fits on the shelf  there. I velcro'd the holder to the side wall so it is will not move. It is a bit awkward to reach back for a cup, but not too bad. Certainly beats trying to use the silly 1/2" deep "holders" Foretravel included on the '99 front dash.
