Title: MCD shades in Grand Villa
Post by: Rick Zika on March 02, 2011, 07:05:10 pm
Here is some pictures after having MCD install day/nite shades in cockpit area of a 95 U240. We are very pleased with the end result. We have the one piece motorized shade across windshield, and manual side shades. We arrived at MCD Sunday afternoon, and departed late Friday. Total cost $2,144.01
Grand Villa owners if interested in mcd shades - call them and ask how to prep cockpit area for single shade across windshield.
Also on this trip we met two Foreforums couples Jimmy & Midge Freytag - (we talked foretravel until it was too dark to see) - and Steve & Michelle Cook took the time to drive to MCD where we met, then went to lunch at Spoons Cafe where we ate good food and had a great visit.
Thanks Jimmy, Midge, Steve & Michelle

Nice look.  It would appear that MCD adapted the shade to the sloped windshield.  Now you can see out, but others can not see in (during daytime hours, that is).
