Just got my parts from Moen, a pair of cartridges. Easy to install. Took some doing to figure out which model faucet this was but Moen identified it and spec'd these cartridges. Same part for right and left handle, each cartridge comes with hot and cold stems, you install one. These are from their commercial product line.
