Broke down and ordered special Alcoa Wheel air service gauge with Straight-on 180° reverse chuck style and a matching air chuck with straight-on connection and a 180º reverse chuck. The "hand holes" on my wheels are only 2" and it is next to impossible to air up the rear outside tires because the valve extends into the hole. Tried to bend the tube on a air gauge, but still could not get on the valve properly. The 180º reverse chuck gauge and air valve chuck are next to impossible to find. Alcoa's prices were not bad at all with the air chuck being $6.99 and the service gauge being $18.05. You can find them at Alcoa Wheels North America: Products: Accessories: Heavy Duty Trucks - Air Chuck (http://www.alcoa.com/alcoawheels/north_america/en/info_page/accessories_hd_air_chuck_service_gauge.asp).
Any proper truck parts supply store, stocks these type air chuck and gauge made by Milton.
Got mine at the Michelin tire dealer. They had a box full of them.
