Did you verify the air going into wet tank by opening the wet air tank drain valve next to the rear tire?
If it is not getting into wet tank it could be the check valve on the wet tank.

Got it fixed, it wasn't the d2 governor or the compressor. Took Gary O's advice and hooked a compressor up to the aux air chuck. Heard the leak right away. It was a RAT. Chewed a 4" gash in the number 8 1/2 inch air line going from the wet tank to the front air tank. Happy we didn't call the mobile service out to replace the compressor/governor. Now we have to figure a way to deal with these chewy little ........

Gary O is one of the smartest and most innovative Foretravel owners on the planet.  He knows his stuff.  How many of you know that he designed, built and installed a lifting system on his tag?  I've seen it and it is very slick.  There is almost nothing on a Foretravel that he can't diagnose and fix.
