Title: Towing Ford Flex 2011
Post by: Michael & Roberta Allen on August 04, 2011, 10:36:43 am
Tow bar advise needed. Just got a Ford Flex & would like to know which tow bar best suites this toad? GVW about 6100 lbs. I have used Roadmaster (stowmaster) in the past but on much lighter vehicles. I believe it's towable 4 down.

Motorhome magazine guide says it is flat towable if it is FWD/AWD. No comment on the tow bar.

Any tow bar will work. There are no special tow bars for a Ford Flex.

Each car has a unique baseplate.
We recommend Blue Ox baseplates as previously mentioned. Personal choice on towbar and Roadmaster towbar can connect to a Blue Ox baseplate as several just mentioned they are doing.
