We just purchased our first Foretravel a 1999 36 U320 from Foretravel in Texas. Our dealings with everyone at the facility were really pleasant. We pulled our 1977 Airstream from Miami, FL to Nacognoches Texas. While there we sold our Airstream and Dodge dually. We are now on the road home to Miami. We love the coach it drives incredible. We are excited about future adventures and interaction with everyone on the Forum.
Welcome aboard, Hope you have a safe trip back to FL. Lots of FT owners in FL and we spend winters near Orlando. Maybe we will meet you in the future and if you are passing thru ATL feel free to call and at least say Hello.

Congrats on the purchase of your coach. You will love it. We have had ours about a year and a half. It is a wonderfully built piece of machinery. You will be blessed by the wonderful people on this forum and there willingness to help. Have a safe trip. Maybe we will meet sometime. We live in Jacksonville area.
Regards, Mark
Congrats! We are slowly heading back to Orlando from central Arkansas. The Foretravel group in FL has some pretty good get togethers. Did you get your Motorcade numbers?
We had a 1976 Airstream that we towed with a Suburban 1500. We sold the combination several years ago. We bought the 1997 U295 in 2010. My, what a change you made during your trip! Enjoy!
Congrats and welcome to the Foretravel club! You've made a great purchase and joined a great group. Don't be shy about asking questions here either! We've all been beginning owners before, and this group is a great source of knowledge!
We sold our 34' 1997 Airstream in late 2006 when we bought our FT. Still have our Dodge Ram 2500 to haul our boats on Cape Cod during the summers.(252,000 miles and counting)
It's interesting how many Airstream owners went to Foretravel when they moved to a Class A. Airstream is a top of the line TT, and we all know where Foretravel lies on the hierarchy of motorhomes. We had a 1998 Excella Classic when we first started fulltiming, now in a Foretravel and would never go back.
Welcome and congratulations on your purchase. I too am a newbie and have already used the forum to learn and hopefully will be able to help others.
Thanks for all the warm replies. The Airstream was fun but like the rest of you that jumped ship I don't think we will be missing it.
Fred, we named our coach Fred and it looks similar to yours. It kinda had me confused for a moment.
I am sure there are previous threads relating to the keyless entry but if anyone can tell me where the brain or receiver for the keyless entry is located. We don't have the key fobs but the switch on the control panel at the drivers seat works the locks including the storage bays. I am hoping to get an after market key fob and program it. I have done the same for cars and aftermarket alarms.
Thanks, Phil
Contact Foretravel if you haven't done so already. They will comp one year in the Foretravel Motorcade Club and one year in the Family Motor Coach Association. Foretravel will also send you your very own Motorcade numbers to apply to your coach. Ask to speak with Beverly Koonse.
Wise choice.
Welcome to the family. There are a lot of folks on here so if you ever have a question don't hesitate to ask. We have found a lot of great information just reading through here.
