Title: Cover for 90 G.V.
Post by: Mitch Sayer on August 28, 2011, 11:25:00 pm
Good evening folks, I am hoping someone can steer me in the right direction. I'm looking to purchase a pull over cover and a windshield cover. Does anyone know of a out of the box cover that fits A 1990 36' G.V. well? Or someone who can custom make one without breaking the bank?
Thanks.

Respectfully, Mitch Sayer

Yes, the whole cover. I would like a windshield cover for traveling and short term parking.

Thanks, Mitch Sayer

Mitch, I kept a cover on my 85 ORED for several years, when it rotted away I threw it out.  It is a b.... to put on especially by one person.  My method was to lay it out on the ground, climb the ladder with one end, secure it to the rail on the roof, pull rest of cover on the roof and spread it out while trying to keep your feet under you and etc etc.  I don't think it did any good, it was a breathable type and I parked under trees.  I still had black c... on the roof that leached thru  the cover. A cover may work for you but be aware of the difficulty in putting it on and then storing it later.
