Is this the HWH leveling pump?
That looks like the vacuum pump. The HWH pump should be under the steps on a GV, the vacuum pump is usually behind the GRILLE in front.
Gary B
Gary is correct, that is the vacuum pump that powers the dash HVAC system.
On our 1993 U240, the HWH pump is dead center in the front of the coach. Look through the front grill and you should see the pump/reservoir. Check fluid level with jacks fully stowed. Also, be sure to tighten the mounting bolts-- they provide ground for the high-amp motor.

Right smack behind the bumper?? This?? Oh, after re-reading Bretts post, I think I know how. Pull it off to fill it.
Yes, that is it.
No, do not pull the pump off to check.
With a Phillips screwdriver, remove the passenger's side grill for easy access.
The grill sounds good - Thanks!!!
The silver cap on top of the round horizonal container??? I think?
Yes. There is a dipstick attached to it.

>:( Does it just unscrew - or does it pull off?? I have unscrewed forever and not gotten anywhere >:(.
Help, how do you get the lously breather cap off! @%$#^%&*#
On the 93 GV I had I seem to remember that you just pull it off
Got it off and put in about half a quart.
Now to get the breather back on. It has to go over what looks like a nut and the hole in the breather isn't big enough!!!
Then maybe thing will work so we can leave in the morning :D.
Everything is working (but the hole in the breather is bigger) Yes!!!
And thank you Brett, Gary, and John. I don't think that is the original breather - it was a bear!
