Title: Generator Radiator Question

Can someone please tell me what is the purpose of the two small valves on the side of the radiator tank of  the generator are for?

Tom, I am certain there is a brilliant answer somewhere to your question, but for me, I use the  upper most one to verify there is antifreeze to that level at least.
