Title: Cabinet Floors
Post by: jor on October 29, 2011, 09:16:55 pm
I'm getting ready for the satellite guy to come over and install our Dish antenna. Anyhow, I was chasing down some wiring that disappears under the floor of one of the upper cabinets. So how do these floors come out? They are factory with the fabric cover. I was thinking it might just pop out but didn't want to reef on it. Thanks.

These are screwed in with the same square head screws used all over the place (the screw head size/driver is S2).  You have to feel around the edges & corners to find the screws.

I would  be very careful having a satellite guy installing anything, know some are butchers and hackers.  For me, I would have MOT or FOT do it as they have the know how and when it is done it will not leak and cause all the issues of a lousy job .

TThanks to you both. I'll find the screws and pop it out today. Dave, the satellite guy does only motorhomes and has done hundreds of them. I'll post how it goes. We'll be replacing one antenna with another so it should be pretty straightforward. Everyone have a great Sunday!
