not being very gifted on electrical i am having a hard time getting dash lights to work on my coach....pretty much all other lights work except spotlight and passenger map light...have checked fuses and bulbs ...all ok....any suggestions would be appreciated
You might try turning the headlight knob counter clockwise. That usually adjust the brightness of your dash lights.
Correct. The head light switch rotated CCW brightens the dash lights.
I don't know about the Foretravel oem spot light, but most spotlight have a small silver metal switch on the direction control knob.
And the map light, the switch is probably wore out, I am planning on replacing mine with a newer map light. Something along the lines of a Hella map lights.
have been turning headlight knob every which way but loose......nah,,,,just kidding..must be something amiss...may be bad switch.
On my 1994 U 300 The passenger map lights works on its own push button switch. The drivers side map light has to have the head light switch rotated CCW all the way then use the push bottom to determine on/off... will not come on if the headlight switch is not completely rotated CCW.... ^.^d
