Has a Foretravel been manufactured with a rear window? Has anyone added one? I have no idea why, but I have thought about removing the mirror/headboard and adding a port hole or small window.
I am not too inclined to do it, but the idea really fascinates me.

You could get one as an option on the 1999 OREG that I had - mine did not have it, but It came with a (kit) to install a rear window - I never installed it, I am sure it is still with that coach and its owner wherever it is.
I have seen one.
Pete Spahn added a rear window and a window in his slide for cross ventilation.
I also added one in my slide for that reason and added 2 drawers under it for storage.
Foretravel said they would not want to add a rear window again for all that was involved in doing it.
I just saw a 1985 or 87 Grand Villa owned by Jim and Betty Mauk with a factory mounted rear window. They are here in Yuma AZ for the winter.
Their coach, as I recall, is a 32 foot Grand Villa, Roadmaster chassis with an 8.3 Detroit Fuel Sipper, turbo, front mounted engine. It has over 300,000 miles on it. Their coach was originally a bunk bed version but Jim converted it to a full size bed.
I think their old Motorcade number is 4169. I understand that they used to be very active in the Motorcade Club and that Betty was a director at one time. Very nice and friendly folks. I don't know if they are coming to Quartzsite or not.
The previous owner of our 1995 U280 had a rear window installed some years ago.
