Title: Buddy Chair
Post by: jor on January 24, 2012, 06:31:33 pm
We're thinking about replacing our buddy chair with a regular size passenger seat. So what's the deal with these behemoths anyway? Bigger bodies? Nope; the driver seat would be resized too. Two people? Nope - unsafe. Room to share with the dog? Come on! So what did Foretravel have in mind with these monster seats?

That's what we use it for.  Of course, we got new chairs and the "buddy" one is the same size as the driver's now.  And we still share it with Bentley.  Or rather he shares it with us.  We just wear drool-compatible clothes on days we're on the move.

jor. In the old days, those extra wide passenger chairs were called "grandmother chairs". I'm surprised that Michelle didn't recall that. Oh, yes, she's just a kid.

Hmm.  Aren't they more like "Buddies" chair?  Meaning built for more than one "Buddy"?  Just a thought!  :))

Changed ours out to the new air ride and a recliner seat like the new coaches have.  David Flannigan did a great job.
