Taking our coach to get some custom work done on Monday, 1-30. I'm in need of a built-in computer desk behind the passenger chair. If you have the time & a desk in your coach please post a pic of it here so we can get some ideas? Attached is one that I found that is our favorite so far. I do have a Euro recliner that I'm keeping so I need room for the chair too.
Thanks in advance!
Hi Steve,
Dave Katsuki, a member here, fabricated a nice desk for his coach. He posted pictures. It may help.

Steve, where will you be taking the coach, they should be able to give you some good idea's.
There is an RV-specific desk made by Jotto that can be secured in the space next to any chair and holds a laptop securely. It's generally intended to go into the space next to the driver's chair but swivels and moves around. I found mention of one in the archives... Google it for more info.

If you do an "All Boards" search with the topic "Desk" you will find a lot of posts on this topic.
Good luck,
Keith
Get in touch with David Flanagan at FOT. He has a photo archive of work they have done for other folks and can perhaps give you some ideas.
Here's the link to the desk that I had made.

Caveat - it's a great desk for one person, but now that there are two of us, it sticks out into the aisle too far (no slides) :(. We're going to eliminate the rear storage and make it narrower. Maybe some ideas for you?
Steve and Kathy, re: computer desk. If you want a true desk, I cannot help. However, I went with a table with a slide out and drawers that will do nicely, could be shelve. I needed to leave room for our Euro recliner, having the "desk" and the recliner between the passenger chair and the kitchen cabinets. This was converted by David and Seth Whitehead at MOT, has walnut top and glass, you can add a "leaf" to extend. These are old photos, finished product photos available if you need, and dimensions. This is the best one I've seen and the easiest. I'm going to do one like it. Thanks to texman.
