Ron,

Assume the Koni's you put on are adjustable.  Did you adjust the front ones toward the firm setting?

i dont think they are adjustable if they are i didnt notice any thing on the shocks if u know how to adjust let me know thanks ronnie b

Try this link as a start: Koni North America - ITT - Adjustment (http://www.koni-na.com/adjustment.cfm)

If this doesn't cover your shocks then use an Internet search engine (Google or whatever) for the model number of the shocks you bought.

Note that you will probably have to remove the shocks to do the adjustment.

The link offers instructions for several models; some models allow only rebound adjustment and others offer both rebound and compression. You should find some materials on the Internet and learn what these two terms mean but, basically, compression is how firm the shock is when you hit a bump... and rebound is how quickly the shock recovers from a bump to be ready for the next one.

Make sure you've installed the shocks so they are in the proper direction; I don't know if you can install them upside-down but if you can - and do - the shocks won't perform correctly.

Call Koni with your shock model number to determine if they are adjustable-- I am betting they ARE.
