Well, I was afraid this might happen! I got so excited about the new HD antenna on a previous post that I just bought it without running out to storage and measuring. Has anyone run into this issue? Any suggestions on how to make it work? I've thought about putting a block of something underneath it and just lowering it on to that, but that's a pretty good sized block! I looked at trying to flip it the other way, but don't know if that's going to work either given the whole placement and design. :'(
Uh oh... mine just came in the mail but I haven't tried to fit it yet. I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

You aren't alone on finding that the Winegard add-on Wingman does not have roof clearance when parked.
I really couldn't tell much difference in performance when I added the Wingman so I guess I would just take it off or cut off the offending portion. Just a thought.
Kent,
I ran into Wingman placement interference too, but I was able to bend an element up enough to clear my satellite dome.
The antenna is only attached with a couple pins and super easy to remove. My thought was just to install and remove when needed. At most probably install/remove 10 times a year.

Did bending affect the reception? Any pics?
I'm kind of surprised the didn't make these reversible!

Benjie,
I don't think it made much or any difference because it was only 45 degrees of one element on one side of the beam. TV stations might use circular polarization anyway. Sorry, no pictures.
Reversible...what you want to view your TV picture backwards?? Tee Hee!
