Title: Tankless water heater (was Re: What did you do to your coach today)

Got tired of the AquaHot and its problems so I installed an RV500 tankless water heater. Put it in the bay just in front of the RR wheels above the water pump. Had to cut the door for venting and combustion air. All-in-all we're very happy with the install as well as the hot water and low propane usage. Anybody want an AquaHot???

The RV500 heater was $950 from American RV and it took about $50 in misc stuff, hoses, connections, etc. to get it hooked up. Took me about 5 hours since my arms and the reach into the bay are different.

Good to see you post again.  Do you wish to sell the Aqua Hot heater that you removed?
