John,

I had the 120,000 mile service done at Cummins yesterday.  I was disappointed I couldn't stay with the coach, but more so when I picked it up.  The work was done as scheduled, but I got no information of what the tech found and how much adjustment was needed.  The service manager promised me a call back today, but nothing happened.  Oh, well, I guess I should just be comfortable I'm set for another 120,000 miles, right?

Thanks Brett, I have a good relationship with the service guys here. I will be there watching from time to time as they work on it.  How long did your job take?

John,

The estimate was 5 hours(at $129/hr).  I was billed 4 hours and 12 minutes.  I was actually off site 4 hours and 15 minutes and the coach was already back in the parking lot.  Just saying.

As I reported on our M11, the adjustment found several intake valves tight but otherwise in good shape.  Cost was $600 and included, as I am sure yours did, injector adjustment (that is standard to do)  Mike
