I was at a POG rally and there were a few guys running it some how.
I did not ask them how well it was running or on what.

Just ran into some interesting info concerning the Silverleaf and wondering if anyone here uses the Silverleaf with a DDEC I or II and if it works great ?

Dave;
 I us VMS on DDEC II for 6v92.
I don't have all the neat stuff available on later engines. I love it and consider it well worth the money.
It is difficult to install on the '93 Foretravel due to incompatibility of the 9 pin plugs. Supposedly it is an Allison plug, an no one has the matching plug.
I came across Jim Shepard, who was selling the units. He researched, found the matching connector  somewhere and convinced Silverleaf to install it on the unit I purchased from him.
Kent Speers in also running VMS on a 6V92.
What new info have you picked up?

Bill

Dave, I purchased the Silverleaf for my 6V92 with a DDEC II. So far I can get the speed and the rpms. The oil pressure, coolant temp, turbo boost, horse power and percentage of power are not accurate and the odometer doesn't record. I must admit that I have not spent a lot of time trying to resolve the issues. At this point I think I should sell my VMSPC but I am still open to keeping it if someone can help me get it working.
