Title: before I dismantle the whole bus!!!
Post by: John Haygarth on May 10, 2012, 07:27:37 pm
On my 2000 U295 I can see a few air leaks at the foot valve and want to get to it to fix them. How do I do it?? Does the valve have access from above (meaning under the floor carpet ) or do I have to slide the gen-set out to get at it?? Any help would be appreciated.

I had a small leak there, and it looked like the only way would be to take all of the lines off, start at the inside and work back out.  And on our coach, the underside is open!

This is up tight to the floor and it does look like there is a square section cut out of the floor woodwork but is almost impossible to get to unless either the gen is taken away OR the floor has an opening. I am sure someone has had an issue with this set up before!
