Rudy Leggett called Sunday a.m. to ask if I could help a fellow (Mike P.) who just bought a 2001 U320 at PPL and the coach needs some repairs. He was to Nac Sunday afternoon to MOT after Bret inspected the coach and Rudy helped him. This is his first DP, so DW and I went out to help him into MOT on Sunday, get parked and hooked up. It must have been a little tense getting in a new to you coach at PPL and getting to Nac in your first DP. But Mike P. seemed to handle it quite well.
Out to check on Mike P. this a.m., I learned that he does not have a FT manual for the 2001. I thought Barry kept these but a search has not turned up the right link. Anyone have an electronic copy I can get him connected to? FOT does not have.
Tell him to get the full schematics from FT while he is in town as well. Just needs his build number and they will print them up for him.
Don't forget to mention the Foreforums and the free 1st year membership to Motorcade.
I preach Foreforum all the time, no problem there. As he is sick I will see
if FOT will give me the schematics for him. Good ideas.
I printed out my Operating Guide that I think I posted on the Forum? Keith Davis at MOT, service manager, says they will give him operating instructions
Mike
I had to get my manual from FOT, think cost about $35.00 but is a very nice manual with all the wiring diagrms etc. Give them your build or VIN #, I have the 01 320 coach.

Met with Cory, FOT, and he is trying to get the full package for Mike P. Cory to let me know tomorrow and I can go back and pick it up. Cory is optimistic. However Diane Wolf already tried so I am skeptical that I can get more than the schematics. We shall see. His build number is 5818 (mine is 5878)
Mike P. told me that he wants to leave tomorrow but MOT will not have the new inverter installed in time. I told him that good, he needs to wait several days for the antibiotics to kick in. Will check back on him late afternoon, but he has plenty of fluids to drink, does not want to watch tv or read. Not good to be sick when far from home but his attitude is great in spite of 103 fever.
Thanks Rudy for calling to check on him. mike
