Does anyone know the date for the gathering at Quartzsite this year?

Traditionally Kenny & Ann Lemon schedule their rally to coincide with the RV show.
Dates for the 29th Annual Quartzsite Sports, Vacation & RV Show are January 21-29, 2012

Lets hope they have their town government situtation figured out by then!!! The mayor got beat out in the election and refuses to step down, and some of the council also were beat and refuse to leave. The town attorney allegedly assualted the old mayor. Lots of people arrested that speak up at the council meetings arrested. Sounds like a real wild mess.

I have been off-line enjoying the start of the Hwy 93 Motorcade. A highlight was watching 15 BASE jumpers jump off the bridge in Twin Falls. We were right beside them as they jumped. Two days later we hiked into the landing site but it was too windy for jumping. Nice hike though. Presently in Sun Valley.
