Hi,
I'm trying to find a comprehensive checklist for require maintenance for an 03 coach. I searched the forum and didn't find anything specific. Does one exist? Thanks
Did your coach come with the FOT book that you use to validate certain maintenance? You can also construct a partial list from the operations manual that should have been in your coach. Beyond that, check Barry Beam's web site, beamalarm.com. He, or someone on this forum had posted one.
I have made my own that I can send you in a few days if those do not pan out or other members do not get this covered for you. Another option could be to look at the checklist that FOT or MOT uses when you go in for annual maintenance.
Send me a private message if this does not get what you needed but I think you will get all you need. Mike
Thanks Mike. I'm 2nd owner without a warrentee book, and I'd love anything you have. I checked Barry's but didn't find anything, but there is so much stuff I could be missing it. If anyone has a clue it would be much appreciated!
Call FT Service. They'll copy the maintenance schedule for your coach and send it to you.
Steve built a simple Excel spreadsheet from the maintenance book for our '03. Column B is months, column C is mileage interval (e.g. 7000 is every 7000 miles, 14000 every 14000, etc.).
Note this is what's in the FT book, not necessarily the Cummins/Allison/etc. recommended service intervals (adjusting valves is one noted difference; transmission fluid changes depending on fluid type being another).
Michelle
Boyd, I imagine Michelle and steve's list will do what you want, sounds like mine and similar resources. I do not want you to think I dropped this so if you
still need help then send me private message with your email address and when I get home with full document access I will forward my info. This phone not good for doing that!
Mike
Thanks everyone! Between Steve and Michelle and Barry, I've accumulated a lot of good info. I'd put in the photo section or elsewhere fro public use but I'm not sure how. As usual, the forum comes through!
