Title: LP & CO detector resource
Post by: Dean & Dee on August 05, 2012, 04:35:18 pm
Found a good web-site for replacement LP, CO and smoke detector's. Seems to be cheaper then Amazon etc. even with the shipping and they carry a good selection of products.

                                    Safe Home ® | Home Safety Products | Safe Home Products ® | Furnace Filters & (http://www.safehomeproducts.com)

And you can sometimes find a coupon or rebate for them. I will post the replacement numbers in the "part Number" thread. The CO detectors (at least mine) number has changed. Took some research to figure that out.
I had already ordered the LP detector from Amazon but after finding the smoke and CO were both way overdue I ordered both from the above website.

The detectors are probably one of those things that are easy to overlook but may be one of our most important maintenance items. Thanks to Steve & Michelle for reminding about the lifespan of them.

Happy to be able to give anything I can back to the forum. I have got so much from it and all of you.
