Well after 2 years it looks like I may have my boat sold, so the time has come to restart the search for my new to me FT... Yesterday I found this one... 2001 Foretravel U320 (http://www.legacycoachinc.com/Site/2001_Foretravel_U320.html). Thanks to everyone here am good in knowing what to look for in a FT just wondering if anyone knows this unit and how it was taken care of...
Cheers
Ted
Soon to be boatless
Ted,
Looks good to me via the pix, I like the 2001 coach's, If my DW traveled with me, that model coach would be very nigh on my list, since I travel 99.99% solo, I have zero need for anything larger than my 36' hot rod.
Happy selling the hole in the water for something that wont sink.
Cheers and good luck, have a good look at it, and the mileage does not worry me a bit, not with the ISM as long as it has been serviced and valves adjusted.

Check to see if it has IFS as this was a problem on some early coach's.
Since the listing says it was taken in on trade, perhaps they will share the PO's name or at least the build number. That would help with the research.

Great price!
Thanks everyone... The ad copy reads: 'This amazing unit was Foretravel staff owned and toured with the Foretravel Motorcade Club for many years. Factory maintained and updated with new salon flatscreen, newer KVH in-motion satellite and HID headlight conversion.'
Looks like a great unit for me to full time in..... I ve been putting off calling them until this "hole in the water" is gone and money is in hand... toooooooo afraid I will buy it and own both.. :))
Great price. I better go check my lotto ticket!
In addition to being a "hole in the water," we always knew that BOAT was an acronym for "Bring Out Another Thousand" :P (George and I are former owners of both a Pearson 36 and a 28 back in North Carolina.) Good luck with the sale!
I think I know that coach. It is Merlin and Jo Dean Neel's coach and it is a great coach....
I saw them with their new coach in Nac. They traded it in on an 05 Foretravel. You will be very happy with that coach.
It figures! I've been trying to work a deal on that coach for the past 2 weeks. :-(
Unfortunately I haven't got my current coach sold yet and can't get enough in trade
Some day we'll get to join you Foretravelerers...ers
I figured you'd know that coach if it was a frequent MC-er. And the particulars seem to line up since there's an '05 FT listed as "sold" on Legacy's site.

I believe the 05 was traded in on the Prevost I called them on. It did not last a day and the 05 that Merlin bought was there less than a week. THey love FT there and have sold a number of them. SO it might be another venue for selling our coaches one day.
I see they lowered the price on this one just recently too. It is a steal at this price.
