Title: what is the highest mileage FT still on the road

What is the FT with the highest mileage still on the road. It would be interesting to check out what different owners mileage totals are. I knew a guy who had I olds that had 210,000 still running. My coach will have 130,000 when I head home from Texas. John

My 95 U320 SE has 250,454 miles arrived in Custer SD today,then back to Texas with plans To go to NYC and Pennsylvania in October

Our 99 U270 is just getting broken in at ~150,000.

My '99 U295 has ~ 145,000 miles..... ~ 3100 happy hours

Cleo and Atna had over 400,000 miles on their before giving it to their kids to continue using it. Don't know the exact mileage.

Hope my old cat is good for 400. It has 156.... I think it is more apt to be good for 400 than me.

Was that coach Cleo gave to the kids the one he bought in 2006? We've got 149,400 on our '96 U295

As I recall, the first one/older one was around a 1992 or 1993.

Big Agnes has 171,147 miles. We bought her with 160,000 a couple of years ago so I can only claim 11,000 miles. Our condo just went on the market so that number should go up considerably next year. :)

Is that what happened to Cleo Dunlap? Last I saw him and his buddy Washington he said he was going to give it to his kids. I ordered that side aisle for him new. I asked him if he ever turned the motor off? He laughed and told me he bought it from me to use.....sheesh.
Loved the owners that actually drove these. 100k before tire changes he told me.

Yup, I wore out one set of tires on my last coach. I have changed only the tags on this one for wear.

Cleo and Atna were in attendance at the Mid-South Rally in the spring of 2012.

Can't blame people who put miles on the Foretravels. We used to just drive a car the 330 miles to visit the DW's folks near the ocean but now we take the RV. It uses about $100 more in gas but makes the trip a lot more comfortable and gives us our own "place" to stay stocked with our snacks, our books, and our TV set.
Driving it is not as stressful as taking a car, either. Great view, big enough not to get pushed around by drivers full of road rage, and quiet enough to chat in a normal voice or listen to jazz. Cushy seat. Cold sodas. Fresh sandwiches.
What's not to like?

At Custer State Park with 159 K on my 95 U280, I told DW to add handles when I die and carry me to the grave yard in it. :) :) :) Gary B

I met Cleo and Atna Dunlap at the last two "Christmas in the Desert" Motorcader Rallies, Dec 2010, and Dec 2011, in Palm Desert, CA. Cleo told me that they had driven two or three thousand miles to attend each of these Rallies. Then, I saw their picture in the Motorcader magazine Vol 31, Num 4, Fall 2011 being honoured for 400,000 miles. There were also other folks being honoured for 300,000, 200,000, and 100,000 miles but 400,000 miles was the highest.
My 1996 U320 has 102,000 miles and I have driven 10,000 of those, so I am just a baby.

I don't think these mileages are on 1 coach on the road. It is in several coaches.

Yes, I believe the 300/400,000 miles was on their early 1990's coach. I am on my way to Indianapolis for the FMCA Convention, so don't have access to my full address book. Perhaps someone else can e-mail Cleo or Atna and ask.

315K and counting on my '83. Still running the original 8.2L Detroit diesel no major work yet. The coach had 86K when I bought it 19yrs ago.
