Oops, my GPS Post disappeared before I could follow up on the map update process for Wyatt. Anyhow, I just updated the software and updated the maps. The process took about an hour. I didn't have any problem. The device tranfers the RMDock program to the PC. I use a Mac but I see both a Mac app file and PC exe file. Anyhow, when you connect the device with the USB cable, it should transfer the necesary program. Then you can access whatever process you require.

My experience with the latest update was about the same. Not sure if it took quite and hour but it was painless.
