Took our coach up to PowerTech factory in Leesburg for some repairs. Didn't know what to expect, since I'd never been there before. I would like to say that it was a very pleasant experience. Every single employee that I interfaced with was courteous and helpful. The technician (James) that actually did the work seemed knowledgeable and thorough. The service manager (Jeff) was also very professional. When it was completed, I was also pleasantly surprised with the cost. I was prepared to get gouged by the factory service center, but the bill was more than fair. This was my experience. I hope if you ever use them, yours will be the same.
We also had a very positive experience at the PowerTech factory in Leesburg years ago. They made suggestions and a couple of small changes at no cost. They are probably the only place that knows everything about our generator and can fix any problem.
It was nice to see Steve & Ginny's posting as I wondered what support we can expect since Foretravel has stopped buying PowerTech generators.

Although the RV and marine applications are pretty slow, PowerTech has a thriving military business according to what I was told during my visit.
