Now I see why my generator still runs with less than a quarter tank left, the generator pickup is 10% above the tank bottom.
Barry, is that 144 gallon number when level or on a slant?
144 is when I am level with 41 hours on Gen so I can only guess at the amount of miles. Slanted I get 160 gallons and 1144 miles. Both times I ran out of fuel pulling up to the fuel pump. (Lucky) ::)
@Barry The first time running out of fuel as you were pulling up to the pump was luck. The second time you were using all the karma you've built up helping people on this site! Hope your good luck and karma continue on down the road. :)

^.^d Plus one to that! The service Barry provides with his website and in this forum to fellow Foretravelers is unparalleled, then throw in this great ForeForum thanks to Steve & Michelle, and we're happy campers! Even if we're not actually camping yet....
Don
He's one of my favorite guys, but he talks funny. Okies have no accent!!!
Everybody talks funny except us in south Louisiana.
You're right...Okies don't have an accent.
Also right about Barry's website. I don't post much because I don't need to. Just go search Beam Alarm Foretravel Motorhome technical help and information links (http://www.beamalarm.com/foretravel-links/foretravel-technical-help.html) and find whatever repair or adjustment I was looking for. The most recent was just last week trying to figure out how to adjust that crazy floating door latch pin. Read about it, made the adjustment, and the door shut perfectly on the first try.
Can't thank you enough Barry for all the ways you help us. What a great group of people.
And fjm502, my cousins in Thibodaux would agree that south Louisiana people talk normal too.
Mai I'm in Sout Louisiana an I know I don't talk funny at all!
