Title: Now offered on Ebay 1995 U300
Post by: bill & jan velting on December 06, 2012, 07:42:48 am
Located in Kenmore, WA.  She (?) looks to be a solid coach with very distinctive decals or full body paint that has not sat around much...134K miles.  Does anyone on the forum have any knowledge of this coach?

I doubt seriously that that is the original paint, In 95 FT offered Blue Green, Red Brown schemes on the 280 and 300's.  Looks like a real nice repaint in a single color.

Nice coach. Key factors of tire and battery age, what has been replaced (AC, reefer, water heater, etc) along with condition would be the determining factors for an offer. Low 30s could get someone a very nice coach. I imagine this is a jack brake model, although a quick call to the factory would get that answer.
I had the same solar charge controller on my coach. Makes me wonder if the factory offered it as an option at the time. It should be replaced with a modern controller.

This coach was for sale by a dealer in San Marcos, CA.  I emailed them to ask if the graphics were painted on or could they be removed?  His response: "The coach has been sold".  My response: "It still shows for sale in your rvonline ad".  His response: "Just sold it yesterday".  It is still listed on rvonline.....at 39,900 OBO  At any rate there is a brief description on the rvonline site; e.g., new Michelins installed about 2 years ago + a bit about the previous (one) owner.  Looks like a good deal, if one could live with the graphics....don't believe I could.  A short trip from San Marcos, CA to Mexico ........ I'm thinkin' for a paint job and upholstery, by the PO or the RV-dealer maybe?  It appeared to me that some of the other RVs in the photo at the rvonline site had the same graphics.  All this just FWIW of course.  Ed S  in TX
