Windshield Washer Reservoir
While having the front hatch open for other reasons I reached up to the WS Reservoir to begin filling it with fluid and to my surprise my thumb went thru the plastic it was so rotten after 18 years.
I knew better then to try to find an exact replacement so I went to a local International Dealer and asked for a generic reservoir.
Old One
The one that I could find had a long filler neck on it.
I had to cut off filler neck and then I siliconed the cap fitting g to the shortened neck.
I then mounted the new one on the fire wall using Industrial strength Velcro.
The tubing was then too short so I had to splice it together.
The new reservoir is much larger then the old one but that makes it easier to use as it is still difficult to fill. To fill the front hatch has to be removed.
I suspect that any truck dealer would have something similar.
Total cost not including supplies that I had on hand was 58 Bucks.

Did you re-use the old pump?
If so, how is it attached to the tank?
To refill the reservoir, try using a long rubber hose similar in diameter to the ones used for vacuum systems and siphon the fluid into the reservoir from the bottle of windshield washer fluid.

I did reuse the pump, the new one had a different wiring connector. The pump sets in a rubber grommet that presses into the tank.
