Since I've got the damaged side panels removed from my coach for fiberglass repair/regelcoating/buffing I thought I might as well open up a new front and do the resonator upgrade. I see sources for the resonators proper but an having trouble finding mandrel bent parts, tight radius stainless flex (along with documentation regarding what bend radii are), 4x5 stainless adapters etc. Anyone have a good source for these parts? Sure would appreciate knowing where.

Steve used Filter Products for ours Filter Products - equipment parts - Donaldson, Baldwin, Des-Case, Wilson, (http://www.filterspro.com/)
Their on-line catalog was pretty weak - you have to know the Donaldson part numbers ahead of time, but they had the best prices AND would work with non-commercial customers (unlike some other sites that required case-quantity purchases).

I went to Truck & Trailer Parts in Tucson and wandered around in their back room to pick out the parts I needed.
Nice folks, but not as useful if you're not near Tucson. Don't know if they ship.
Unless you are going to keep the coach till you pass on why bother with stainless (other than the flex which I did) the Aluminised steel will last plenty long enough and that can be bought anywhere (walker is one make)

I find the Walker Exhaust systems work well for me and others who are after results.
Have a good look at this Walker Accessories Catlalog, The items you need are listed.
I use as much Aluminized pipe as possible, lasts much longer then standard pipe.
Good Luck

Thanks everybody! I appreciate your insights and sources. I wasn't sure I was going to do the resonator until I pulled the side panel and found the muffler is hanging by a thread, flanges corroded away etc. Once I have the resonator in, guess I'll then want to look at having the pump optimized and the injectors cleaned and pop tested. That way I can get the engine painted......
Once you add the resonator, you will be happy with the added performance, I would not touch the fuel system unless you are having issues.

Dave, I've never been one for chipping or modifying fuel systems in any of my pickups or other equipment for that matter. It has been suggested, though, that pump timing and fueling can be optimized compared to standard factory settings. Not really looking for a big performance increase along with extra fuel burn but would like things to be as efficient as possible, i.e., lowest pyro temps and highest fuel economy. One thing I fail to understand is exactly how this is accomplished with the pump off the engine. If it's not worth messing with I won't do it, will defer to expert opinion on this matter as it's all mystery to me. I can see how it might be worthwhile to have the injectors tested, and maybe new tips, bet they've deteriorated some in 17 years.
One question though. My engine is the 8.2 mechanical, 300 hp. It looks like the same engine was also available in 325 and 350 hp versions. I wonder what was changed to achieve this?
325hp was an adjustment to the fuel block and the highest hp factory offering for a C8.3. 350hp was an ISC.
You want more - custom tune with a boost bump or Banks kit - either way, you need a boost and EGT gauge to know what's happening.
