Would like some info if possible, have a few messages for owner, Any ideas on its real value? Adam
A quick call to MOT is your best bet. Often these coaches are in consignment, and the price is driven by loan balance outstanding rather than market reality.
Nice overall. 1 owner a plus. $45 K if perfect. $30K to $40K depending on condition.
$79K was iffy 5 years ago.
This looks like a twin to a coach that Dave King owned (and sold....last summer) down in Florida. I talked to Dave about it as I thought the $47K he was asking was a fair price, but he really didn't have any history to give me (just that "there isn't anything wrong with the coach". (I wanted some evidence that the coolant chemistry had been maintained [because of the aluminum spacer in the 3176 CAT] and Dave just knew that the "it had always had anti freeze in it".) That + the fact that it had been sitting outside fairly close to the Atlantic for several years and the tires were 10 years old caused me to pass on it.....but it is just beautiful. The mileage at that time was about 55K so if the coach in Plano, TX has about 62K on it, it very well may be the same coach, I'm thinkin'....... like, bought in FL at 55K miles; put on new tires, drove 7K miles and is now for sale in TX. May just be coincidence, of course. It's a beauty, no matter what ......... but that's a "crazy" price IMHO. Some of these dealers still believe that "There's a sucker born every minute." I guess. :)) Good luck in your search.
