I think my entry step comes out too rapidly and closes too slowly. The opening is fast and I think there must be some way to regulate it. It stops with a clunk and I would like it to be more gentle. The control valve is pretty new but and I know how to regulate it but need to know more. I would appreciate any help that someone can give me. Many thanks.

Both outside drop down step and inside step slide are controlled by 3-way pneumatic valves with 4-ports.
1) Air pressure in hose.
2) Air pressure hose to one end of air cylinder.
3) Air pressure hose to other end of air cylinder.
4) Air exit port cap that is adjustable to slow down air leaving cylinder.
Remove (4) Air exit cap, clean out and put it back on, tightening to slow cylinder.

Let us know if this does the trick for you.
Thank you. I'll try that and let you know.
