Wow, nice!  I like the added touch of tossing it out the side window!

Hmmmm. I was hoping mine wouldn't have to go out through the window......

What is join in the space?

Mine went out the window also, they cut the floor down to about 4 inch tall to set the new one one.
there are many features I now have that I never considered, perfect temp each side, ICE in door, WOW that is a biggie I had not considered, just have to be careful it does not spit the cubes out too fast, so I use a soup bowl to catch em in, worksgreat.

IT will not fit out the door without cutting the cooling unit on the back.  THey will bring in the new one the same way.  They are going to put the intellic in tomorrow and then will build the platform.  I will close off the roof and screen the rear.

Looking very good & professional as FOT always does, John.  What are they doing with the propane line and 12VDC source?  Is it going to be left so that a future absorption refer is possible if a new future owner wants to switch back?

Peter,
When mine was done, all the origional wiring, water and gas lines were caped, wires insulated correctly etc. still in the area.
Can not guess that anyone will want to install the LP Gas setup again.
Johns conversion looks very familiar. Same method for out with the old and in with the new etc.

they are capping off the propane line at both ends.  They are also insulating the 12 volt lines too. I am closing off the roof and the back will have mesh.  They had to cut the cabinet down so there is not really and easy fit absorption that will go back in.  It barely fits with about a 1/4 inch to spare but they got it in.  It will finished up tomorrow. They put in new insulation and wood and spray glued it and affixed it to the sides.  In other words, they rebuilt the whole cabinet that it was in.  I can not wait till it is done as it will look great. Stove is next but it is not here so I will have to come back.  I might also change out the counter tops as well.

John, this may well be of interest to you.  Not one but two Gaggenau two burner electric stoves, brand new and price is right.

I'm still looking for a gas model if you remove yours.

If that cook top was 120 VAC, it would be in high demand, however it sure looks like a 208/240 Volt unit.

John, does FOT give any ideas on how to lock a French door fridge during travel?  Or do you think you won't need to lock it!

I just have visions of making a big ol left hand turn and the turkey in the brine come flying out on top the floor and sliding all the way to the front as I slam on the brakes!

Yes they have a set of straps you put around the handles to hold it closed.  They also have one that goes down to hold in the bottom drawer as well. The idea of a french door is nice but it does take an extra velcro strap.  It is a 17.24 CF fridge I think. It is counter depth as well.

Well a window looks the same closed up.  They did not like how it sealed so the pulled it and did it over. David F shop is first rate. They are coming in tomorrow to finish off a few minor things but it looks good.

This fridge is the samsung RF197 and it is the biggest that will fit with the intellic on the bottom and in the small space I had to put it in.  I think it will work just fine.  Dick Henry put the same one in his Nimbus.  Dave M put a bigger one in but it would not fit in this coach so we chose to put in the RF197. I had David and Brent measure before I ordered it when I was here in January.  It barely fits but it fits. It took a full day to make it fit in fact but they did a fine job.  Now I am waiting the 12 hours for the ice maker to start making ice.

Tim, it will work on generator or shore power but not inverter. I will pull the tank and add an extra battery at that time.

Well, I got the bill today and I was very happy with the price.  It was less than I thought it would be and for the work they did it was more than fair.  I was in the bay for 2 full days and half another and it was less than 2 coach bucks.  Not bad for the number of people they had working on it and how much work they did as well.

Well, I was a bit concerned a day ago that the ice maker was having an issue. It made ice today so without a water dispenser it takes a coupe days to purge the air it seems.
