If you need repairs or maintenance and your in the Pacific NW, I highly recommend the Cummins Coach Care facility in Coburg, OR. I stopped there last year, 2012, just based on Cummins reputation for drive train maintenance. I needed repairs on several systems including new coach batteries. The batteries were ordered when I made the appointment and were waiting for me.
Three batteries, each weighing 155#, were to be installed in a alcove off the back of a smaller basement compartment with very limited, tight, and difficult access. Really room for only one person lying down. And one of the batteries had to be lifted 12" onto a rack. They did it. I am amazed even today. All of the other repairs, both on the drive train and coach systems, were completed as promised and have be trouble free.
Because of what I call a great result, I returned this year. Again with problems with several systems, from the frig, to electronic compartment cooling, internal ventilation, dash AC, a drive train seal, brakes, and the Aqua Hot. They even have a tech that is an expert with Aqua Hot! There is not a system that they can't fix. And I have full faith and confidence that every thing was done perfectly. Not just done, but done perfectly.
All of their techs have years of experience , and all but one were with a major RV manufacturer. that went into Chap. 11, and Cummins got eight of the techs. And we RVers are very fortunate that Cummins is available to us for coach systems.
This facility, for skilled, knowledgeable techs, good organization, excellent service, nice people from check in to check out, is the best I have experienced. There is a nice waiting room and the proximity to Eugene offers good shhoping and some of the best hippie health food stores I've encountered since the 60s.
There are six hook ups with power and water. Very easy off/on to I5, eight miles north of Eugene.
I have always used Cummins for drive train periodic maintenance. It's always been a good experience. I had generator work done at Cummins in Spokane. Right now I'm 3 for 3 in total satisfaction with Cummins for coach care and 2 for 2 with drive train maintenance.
