Last week my 20 year old front air conditioner finally stopped working. It was 104 in Western Oklahoma so I started searching for someone who had a 15k replacement unit in stock. I tried Amarillo, Oklahoma City and finally found Wades RV Clinic in Sapulpa (Tulsa), OK. They had a 15K Heat Pump in stock and ready to go. Although they were incredibly busy, after learning that I was a full timer, Wade himself worked us into the schedule immediately.
We were treated like family by everyone there. Their technicians were as good as I have experienced anywhere including FOT and MOT. They were fast, organized, knew what they were doing. The service managers stayed right on top of the repairs. They were so good I had them do a couple of extra little jobs that I was saving for my next trip to NAC. I worked with 4 of their service people all of whom did equally excellent work. The labor times charged were accurate and the labor price was very reasonable.
We highly recommend Wades RV Clinic, south of Tulsa on Highway US-75 at OK highway 117.

You mean they fell for that shoulder story???? :P
Hey, I have a six inch scar, still shinny red, to prove my handicap was legitimate, pretty much. It was one month ago last Tuesday that I had my right shoulder joint replaced. So far its been a piece of cake however, I won't start rehab for two more weeks. I suspect I may not be as cheery once rehab starts.
I do want to thank your Lovely Husband, Steve and the Lovely Dave Abel who both fell for my story, I mean helped me do jobs my handicap prevented. However, I expect to fully recover with my new Joint and will offer my services to anyone who has a creative story I can buy. We all gotta help each other.
Kent, happy to hear your surgery went well. We are wishing you a speedy recovery!
