Title: Coberg Cummins Experiences? (split from Re: Another 95)
Post by: mcbus on October 15, 2013, 02:03:29 pm
Jor, may I ask what you thought of your service at Coburg Cummins ?  I have never used them nor heard any comments.  I live about 15 minutes from there and was going to give them some business but decided to get going south instead.  Now in Yuma for the winter.

Hi Jim,
I hope you don't mind me replying to your question.  I live about 3.5 hours from you.  I have used Coburg Cummins several times.  I have been satisfied with the techs that I had, and the  work they accomplished.  Never a repeat repair because of incompetence.  My only complaint it that they don't allow you to stay in the coach and with an ailing wife, it is a little less convenient.  She never complains, it is me making this statement. It is company policy.
I have also used Cummins in Medford and was even more pleased down there.

Good luck, take care.

Thanks for responding LynnD.  Makes me feel more confident if and when I use their services.  When I pulled into Yuma Foothills on Friday afternoon I noticed a puddle of oil under the right rear dually.  Probably an axle seal.  Maybe I should have got service before I left and that would have been discovered (maybe).    Thanks again.

Jim

Well... we're still in the lot. I'll post after the work is performed.

I've heard others opine that Pacific Power is as good as Cummins and not as expensive.

I went to them based on this recommendation and was pleased with their service.

best, paul
