One of my "to do" items was to try to figure out why it takes a while for the generator to start providing electrical power. Today I saw "Also don't forget there is a time delay (mine is about 1 min or so) from the time you start the gen or inverter before the t/switch closes, no delay for shore power." There's my answer!
Now if the old refrigerator would take itself out of the coach this easily....
