Brian,

Are you talking about 12 VDC or 120 VAC?

Engine on/off?

Shore power/generator?

Clicking in the front or bedroom panel (and which one)?

Hello Brett. As usual great questions. Thanks for your input and help.

Only while engine in on.  The cycle noise comes from the panel on the passer side up front.

Hear a click noise and the voltage meters drops about half. After the noise the voltage meters goes about to normal.  The click cycle happens about every 60 sec.

Brian,

Have you opened the dash (hinged at its forward edge) to locate the source of the sound?

Below on that side of the dash is the dash HVAC fan.

The noise is coming from the wiring panel. Bunch of wires.  Cycle sounds appears to coming from the top of the panel.

Brian, What you are describing sounds like a circuit breaker resetting.  Touch each of them in turn to see if you can isolate which one it is.  I had this happen when the sense wire on the alternator shorted out.  Kept clicking and dash would lite up then go dark.  Just by dumb luck I found the shorted wire.  Circuits should be numbered, if you can figure out which breaker it is then you will have the circuit number and can trace from there.
