A couple days ago, my Driver Information Center stopped showing any information. I reset trip one getting ready to move out that morning and 15, 20 minutes later noted it was not displaying MPH or miles traveled. I reset it but still no data. Nothing that I did, sorta jiggling multiple buttons helped. There is power, it lights up and buttons change parameters
But no data until this morning when MPH started appearing but still no mileage or other data. The odometer reading still appears, but it is 3000 miles short of the dash. Thought maybe the cable had come disconnected from the coach but on looking under the dash, I have NO idea where that cable goes, it does not plug into the receptacle for the mechanics computer.
Any ideas.
Take this as a wile-a$$-guess, since I have no experience with those devices, but you might try to reboot the computer that runs it. Of course, that brings up the next problem: Finding the computer to reboot it.
You might try turning off the ignition, then turning off the house electrical (on older coaches it's behind the recliner next to the door... no idea where it might be on a newer coach).
There might be something in your owner's documentation or on the web pages of whichever outfit built that.
Or you could call FOT and ask.

Horace,
I think I noticed on one of your recent posts that you had the Driver Information Center reset during some other maintenance. Did that solve the problem and can you explain how they fixed it?
Dick, yes, I was unable to get the miles traveled and some other data. These indicators remained on 0 regardless of what I did. I took my coach in to TN RV for this and other issues. James, the service manager and Jim one of the techs and I took the coach out for a check run. Jim manipulated the buttons, "reseting"all of the data. It worked! I have no idea what he did, he did not pull the unit. The total miles and the total hours on the coach remain correct. I suspect this procedure is in the manual or online, I haven't had a chance to check.
