I hadn't noticed this one in town before: 1998 Foretravel U295 (http://mohave.craigslist.org/rvs/4247200171.html)
Nice clean unit but I think about 15k over priced

Maybe. Most here are fairly insulated to the falling value of a dollar.
You need more of them to buy familiar things every day.
Rare older quality things may well be more expensive to buy in retail condition.
The garaged 90% plus condition would be a plus to me.
I always paid more than fair for used garaged coaches.
I assume the seller will entertain offers?
Grand villas and Foretravels maybe not as much but nice unicoaches of known good years may well be a premium item.
I have had a few interested people ask me if our u320 is available. The 40' 320's seem somewhat rare?
Old foretravel top salesman who owns encore mentioned his personal interest to me in a 97-99 u320.
I think at least half of the coaches Foretravel made during 97-2000 were 40' U320. It was their most popular seller and they made about 100 each year. Of course mid-entry was rare.
I think the 36' 1996 U295 in town was just sold at that "$15k less" price. Two years newer, four feet longer, 25k less miles should add a little value?
With veryfiable maintenance records and garage kept (excellent fiber glass & decals) with a good grade on the inspection report, this unit may be worth about the $65 to $67 thousand range. I definitely would look at this unit myself if I needed a 40 foot coach.
Good looking coach. Same floor plan as our 97 U320.
QUESTION: In the photos posted on Craigslist, the image of the dashboard shows a carpeted cover. I WOULD LIKE ONE exactly like it and in that color. Do any of you recognize it as a specific make or manufacturer?
