Bill,

Not seat but full bed.
My DW was in the hospital for over 60days - it was a life saver!

So much that I am going to purchase a seat for myself, my cushion on my postier is not working as well these past few years, using a kneeling pad - thank you for finding these! b^.^d

Bill, We have a collection of all kinds of cushions and pads.  The one I use is a homemade piece of quilt folded and stitched to fit in my lower back area.  I have also used those that are made of wire.  Jane used a commercial one that seems to help.  In my opinion anything that makes your lower back push forward and keeps your spine as straight as possible will help with lower back pain. If any one finds a miracle cushion that is guaranteed to work, please let me know.  I will continue to search for and use anything that helps even for a few miles or minutes.

We use a wedge cushion from Bed Bath & Beyond.
It looks like the following, but is black vinyl on one side and fabric on the other side.

The roho is in a completely different league than anything described here.

There are multiple independant air chambers, it is filled with air the material is soft to the touch, like skin.

Its only the BEST ^.^d
