The AquaHot was serviced last fall by TN RV. It has worked normally since.
Now when I turn on the diesel burner switch on the panel on the front of the stove/sink cabinet, the green LED stays lit for about 30 seconds and then goes out. Turning it back on immediately results in a much shorter time the LED is lit.
In either case, the burner never starts. I am leaving the 115 vac on to the AquaHot, but in this really cold weather we have been having here in east TN it is unable to maintain the set 50 degrees. However, it does maintain the coach temp at above 40 degrees, so hopefully there is no danger of the water system freezing.
Any help out there?
Don't know much about Aqua Hot but if you pull the acces cover you might find a blown fuse which will keep it from lighting

That sounds as though your controller box is failing. You might give me a call at 308-440-5154 to help to narrow it down.

DC, Rudy's advice surely on the money. I just went thru this, same scenario exactly. Tried pulling the next to the last fuse on the right. This would restart it for 2-3 minutes, then it go out again. It was the igniter, Jim at TN RV replaced it and we have been fine on this trip.
I noticed another issue with ours the other day. House batteries finally went out. This caused a fault in the system and 12 v was in trouble. Aqua hot would not stay lit And even though we were plugged in to campsite, we could not operate fan system. Got cold quickly. Interesting scenario when we had electricity. I am suspecting the inverter fault was keeping the conversion to 12 v from taking place?
Didn't mean to walk on your space Duane. I went to the overhead electrics but got into trouble then because the 12v operated the thermostat! Once the heat pump portion ran for a while it would not cycle warm again.
House batteries are very important in these rigs.

Bosch igniter on ours also
Duane, Rudy's the man. He helped us last winter with the same issue. If the fan starts blowing and it never ignites then it is likely the ignition coil. The symptoms if the control box is goimg bad are different.
Rudy will help diagnose and can maybe help ypu find someone to fix it. John Carrillo out of Denver are fixed ours.
