Have searched this site and Beamalarm and am looking to replace the shower head bracket that holds the shower head to the slide bar on the shower wall. I have tried to tighten it numerous times but it continues to rotate on the screw allowing the shower head to point down and not out. I am hesitant about using epoxy or some other adhesive to weld it in place but am open to suggestions. It appears that the slide bar is not Moen, based on threads here, but the mfg. was not listed on the thread. I have also looked at numerous web sites to find this part but have not been successful. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
I found mine at Ace Hardware. It's chrome but so is the shower head.

found men at Lowes a few years ago
I got a replacement at Home Depot I think
Scott,
It is a Elements of Design shower bar and here is a link to the product. I replaced mine with a Chrome model but your can stick with the brass (Gold) too.

I replaced the OEM shower head with a lightweight shower head from the RV Water Filter Store. It is enough lighter in weight that it has less tendency to slide down the vertical rod. I also prefer the water flow. It seems more effective at rinsing, while using less water. I also installed a small shutoff valve at the shower head to allow easy on/off control of the water.
Scott, google Kingston Brass K172A2. ^.^d
Mine has only one threaded connection. The connection to the supply is friction, not threads.
best, paul
Thanks guys - Pickup a plastic replacement part from ACE. the Depot and Lowes had nothing. Will check the links above as we would like to change from polished brass to brushed nickle.
Thanks again.
Revised - Mr Willett - That's the part. Thanx.
