They lights in the step well are staying on.. all the time.
BTW, is this somehow effecting the door handle that isn't lighting up any longer?
Seems when I have issues, it's with both.
Thanks, pc
??
Only light in step well on my coach is control with baseboard "night lights" that are controlled by a switch near the entry door.
Must be special for you guys with those fancy, upper class coaches.
the handle light could just be the bulb in it burnt out. Take handle off and check it.
My switch for under cabinet lights also is same as step light by door. Check if your bathroom vanity light is on and under kitchen cabinet.

Hi PC,
Our 1997 U 320 has a three switch panel on the front panel just above the steps. The center switch controls the stair step lights. This switch also controls the under cabinet lights as John mentioned.

I had some trouble with my handle light until I took it apart cleaned the debris out and greased it up pretty well. One is supposed to use dielectric grease but I confess I used grease from my grease gun that is made for boat bearings and have not had a hitch with it since. My switch for the light at the steps is on the panel (as you enter). I don't have a sensor for same. My thought reflects mainly on the handle. I like it to work and the outside porch light comes on perfectly too since I did the cleanin' and greasin' LOL
I'll clean and put a new bulb in place for the handle.
As for the courtesy lights, this issue must be the switch
(time for DeOxit or a new switch.)
Thanks for the help, pc
Was not the middle door switch after all.
Small box.. door handle sensor had found its way to the floor which was (also) responsible for keeping the step well courtesy lights for going out.
Put things back in place and all's well till my next test..
Thanks for the help, pc
